About the Event
We are thrilled to welcome Matthieu Bordes, General Manager and winemaker of Château Lagrange. Throughout the dinner, Matthieu will guide Ryn's guests through a delightful pairing experience, showcasing five distinct selections from Château Lagrange that have been intentionally paired with Ryn's Tasting Menu for this event.
Château Lagrange is one of the oldest Grands Cru Classé wineries in Bordeaux and is the only property that has maintained its land in the same condition for over 400 years.
This unique continuity provides them with the advantage of observing the impact of terroirs on various grape varietals across generations, enabling them to determine the best grape for each plot of land.
This $250 ticket price includes Ryn's multi-course dinner alongside Château Lagrange's wine pairing experience.
This will showcase the Arums de Lagrange, Pagus de Lagrange, and a vertical tasting experience of the Chateau Lagrange (three vintages between 2005 and 2018).
