Join us on May 4th at 6PM for a special Wine Dinner featuring wines from Lubanzi, presented by our special guest from the winery Kristen Nel.
Lubanzi is a modern South African winery known for expressive, minimal-intervention wines made from sustainably farmed coastal vineyards, showcasing bright, vibrant styles—from sparkling rosé and crisp Sauvignon Blanc to skin-contact orange wine and elegant Cinsault.
Chef Brooks has created a vibrant seafood-focused seasonal menu, perfectly paired with expressive wines.
