About the Event

Join us on May 4th at 6PM for a special Wine Dinner featuring wines from Lubanzi, presented by our special guest from the winery Kristen Nel.

Lubanzi is a modern South African winery known for expressive, minimal-intervention wines made from sustainably farmed coastal vineyards, showcasing bright, vibrant styles—from sparkling rosé and crisp Sauvignon Blanc to skin-contact orange wine and elegant Cinsault.

Chef Brooks has created a vibrant seafood-focused seasonal menu, perfectly paired with expressive wines.

Course 1:
Smoked sturgeon, crispy spring onion, quark, caviar, pea tendrils — Lubanzi Bubbly Rosé

Course 2:
Crispy pork belly, grilled prawn, sweet & sour charred pineapple — Lubanzi Sauvignon Blanc

Course 3:
Grilled octopus, new potato, dulse, miso, celery, seabean — Lubanzi Orange Is

Course 4:
Grilled halibut, white gazpacho, green garlic — Lubanzi Cinsault

Course 5:
Malva pudding, McGarrah Farm strawberries — Lubanzi Rainboat Cuvée Pet Nat
