From 4.30pm to 7pm:

10 international grapes to explore: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris; Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese

11 wine regions to tour around the planet:

France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, California, Oregon, South Africa, Chile, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia

Winemakers and wine experts from France, Italy, California, South Africa will guide you through the tasting of over 50 wines 

2. BLIND TASTING

From 5.30pm to 6.30pm:​

Challenge your palate and sharpen your senses with a blind tasting session, where you'll have the opportunity to guess and learn the grape varietals and regions .

The tasting includes 10 wines from 5 international grapes and 4 countries.

A wine expert will guide you through the experience of narrowing down the wine

​

And you'll taste some amazing wines at the same time!

3. WINE DINNERS

From 7pm:

Encounter the ultimate wine experience when pairing each grape varietal with fine dishes prepared by the Chef of Capital Hotel.  

The 2 dinners include 5 courses. Each course will be paired with 2 wines from the same grape varietal but different wine regions in order to experience the nuances of terroirs.

The dinner will cover all key international grapes (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot)

​

7 local experts from their country will provide insights into the estates, the winemaking process and the terroirs.
