About the Event
We’re happy to welcome Grégoire Usseglio back to Arkansas for a guided Rhône Valley wine tasting featuring Domaine Pierre Usseglio. Guests will enjoy five wines from Lirac and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, each paired with thoughtfully crafted small bites by Heritage Catering.
About winery: Founded in 1948 by Francis Usseglio, the estate remains proudly family-run and is renowned for its exceptional wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Lirac.

Menu and Wines:
1st Course - Lirac Blanc
Winter Citrus Salad - Butter lettuce blend, sliced oranges, grapefruit and avocado, toasted almonds and drizzled with a honey vinaigrette
2nd Course - Lirac Rouge
Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce - Served with a tomato & cucumber couscous salad with cotija cheese & lemon herb vinaigrette
3rd Course - Chateauneuf de Pape Blanc
Grilled Shrimp Skewer - Served with a coconut rice cake & pineapple curry sauce
4th Course - Chateauneuf de Pape Rouge
Pulled Pork Tostada - Crispy corn tortilla topped with smoky, refried black beans, citrus carnitas & slaw
5th Course - Cuvee Mon Aieul
Mocha Creme Brulee - Rich & creamy chocolate-coffee custard topped with caramelized sugar and whipped cream
