Arums de Lagrange, Grand Cru
Grapes & Profile:
A rare white from Château Lagrange in Saint-Julien (Bordeaux). Crafted mainly from Sauvignon Blanc, with touches of Sémillon and Muscadelle, it balances freshness with creamy texture. Aged partly in French oak for elegance and depth.
Nose:
Expressive and refined, with aromas of white peach, citrus zest, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, layered with subtle notes of vanilla, toast, and a hint of minerality.
Tasting Notes:
A great aromatic complexity, notes of citrus, pineapple, peach and mango. The 2018 Arums will surprise you with its richness and volume in the mouth supported by a nice acidity.
Pairings:Perfect with seafood (lobster, scallops, oysters), roast chicken, or creamy cheeses like brie or comté. It also shines with Asian cuisine that has aromatic herbs and citrus notes.
