Harvested late in the season, the grapes become partially dried on the vine, resulting in wines with candied fruit flavours. Aromas of exotic fruit, mangoes and apricots, generous on the palate with crisp fruit, filled with honey and spice, this is a wine that is both light and rich. The acidity gives the wine a lift at the end.
