Chateau Leoville Las Cases

Grapes & Profile: 

A blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Merlot. Aged in 90% new French oak barrels, this wine is known for its elegance and aging potential.

 

Nose:

Expressive aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, sandalwood, mint, and subtle herbal notes.

 

Tasting Notes:

Full-bodied and dense with ultra-fine tannins, offering a silky texture and a long finish. The wine is both joyous and serious, comparable to the 2014 and 2015 vintages.


Pairings: 

Ideal with grilled meats, roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, and aged cheeses.
