Château Pape Clément shows a structured Bordeaux blend with blackcurrant and plum, plus cedar, tobacco and spice. Silky tannins, oak, long finish. 

Food Pairing:
Pairs with roast lamb, beef, duck, and mushroom dishes. Also excellent with truffle recipes and aged hard cheeses.
