Kale Grenache Blanc

Kat's Call: A Southern Rhône inspired white wine. Refreshing on the nose, white floral, white stone fruits, pineapples, and lime zest. This wine is light to medium bodied and has a crispy acidity, layers of citrus, stone fruits and slate on the palate. As it warms up it grows with complexity. The finish lingers, quit fooling around and poor another glass.
 
Pair with: Rich fish (salmon, tuna), shellfish, or poultry
