A fresh and lively side of Tannat. Made from a blend of Tannat, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon that is fermented in concrete and steel tank, you wouldn’t know solely by drinking the wine because it has so much persona and so much richness. Deep, dark, earthy underbrush, black currant and blackberry flavors and aromas. This wine is full bodied, well structured and distinctive with fresh acidity and smooth tannins. Enjoy now.


Pair with: Cassoulet, roasted lamb, duck confit, and roquefort or chaumes cheese
