Lana's Spin: This wine was fermented in pure stainless steel to preserve clean, crisp finish notes. Aromatics of ripe pear, white peaches, and lemon zest leap from the glass. Tremendously clean, subtle and gentle in the palate, it has an almost water like quality in the mouth, with flavors of rich lime and citrus. Refreshingly distinctive, it has a smooth and deep texture. This is a great summer style wine.
 
Pair with: Aged goat cheese, sautéed scallops, roasted vegetable pizza, and a milk chocolate treat
