Tussock Jumper Shiraz
This wine opens up with fruitiness, aromas of red berrys, plum, and pepper spice. On the plate you'll find tart acidity and a firm leathery grip of tannins. Not a big bold wine, but a nice fruit forward wine with a nice spicy heat in the back of the mouth. A young wine that could age well.
Pair with: Steak, roast beef, lamb, strong aged cheddar
