Three acclaimed Arkansas chefs take on a unique wine-pairing challenge: Chef Brad Izzard (Capital Hotel), Chef Jennifer Maune (Fleur), Chef Scott Rains (Table 28).

Each chef will create a signature bite and select the wine they believe pairs with it best, while Vino Distribution’s François Guilloux chooses his own pairing for the same dish.

Taste three dishes and six wine pairings, compare each chef’s selection against François’ choice, then cast your vote for the winning pairings.

An interactive celebration of Arkansas culinary talent, great wine, and the art of pairing.
6 - 8:30pm | Wine Dinner | $150 or VIP Wine Dinner | $250
The 2 dinners include 5 courses. Each course will be paired with 2 wines from the same grape varietal but different wine regions in order to experience the nuances of terroirs.
7 local experts from their country will provide insights into the estates, the winemaking process and the terroirs.

Make the Most of Tour the Vines
All inclusive ticket holders will be allowed to enter the Grand Tasting
on Friday at 6pm, 30 minutes prior to the opening time.
