Can I participate at Tour the Vines if I only want to attend the Grand Tasting or the Wine Dinner?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can attend just one event, select several experiences, or enjoy the full two-day program with an All-Inclusive Pass. Choose the experience that best fits your schedule. Special bonus for Grand Tasting ticket holders: Winemaker's Circle is free to attend the next day morning 10.30am-12pm. All-inclusive pass gives access to the Grand Tasting 30 minutes before the public opening.

Do I have to be there right at 6:30 PM to participate in the Grand Tasting, or can I arrive anytime between 6:30–8 PM?

You’re welcome to arrive and leave anytime during the 6:30–8 PM window. The event is designed to be flexible so you can enjoy it at your own pace.

Are tickets refundable if my plans change?

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event.

Wine will not be available for direct purchase onsite, but you will be able to preorder from your preferred liquor store following the event.

Yes. You can purchase tickets for the Grand Tasting, Wine Maker's circle, Chef / Sommelier pairing experience or Wine Dinner/VIP Wine Dinner separately, or choose an All-Inclusive Ticket to enjoy everything. Each ticket includes the experiences described for that event.

Yes — valet parking at The Capital Hotel is included with your ticket.

Yes. All attendees must be 21 or older to participate.

The Grand Tasting is primarily a walking and mingling experience, with some seating available for guests who wish to relax. All other ticket options, including Private Blind Tasting and Wine Dinner, are fully seated.
